## Content changes
### New IO Config Cards: Items, Energy, and Fluids
Shift + Right Click on a machine to save its IO configuration. Shift + Right Click again on another to paste the card's config onto the machine. The machine's IO rules must be compatible with the saved IO. Shift + Right click in the air to clear the card.
### New Equipment Upgrade Modules
- **Engagement Protocol: Preemption** - Restricts weapons to only be able to target neutral enemies and hostile mobs.
- **Engagement Protocol: Rectification** - Restricts weapons to only be able to target hostile mobs.
