- Updated to Minecraft 1.21.11

- Started working on v2.
- v2 will split Perspective into multiple sub-mods, with Perspective bundling them together; they'll also be avaliable seperately.
- This is going to require alot of rewriting, so I've started working on that for v1.3 to allow for *most* addons to be compatible with both 1.3+ and 2.0+.
